    New Combat Levels?
    With that in mind...

    99 Attack, 99 Strength, 99 Mage, 99 HP, 99 Ranged + 1 DEFENSE = 102 COMBAT

    So would it be wise to start creating a pure like this? Because its much easier to train an account using whip/ss, over a rune scimmy...

    What are the chances Jagex change this...

    Any opinions?
