whats best place to train for 1 def pures?

sooo just wondering what the best place is and i dont want to half to use food cuz im just gunna bott the fuck out of it

 

I've got a new 1 def pure I just made who I am botting at the monastary training on monks. It's working great so far, I am nearly 60 strength and using a bronze scimitar I picked up off the ground and no food. I haven't transferred 1 item over to the account and its stats are coming along nicely so far with no help whatsoever from my other accounts You should try that until you are a decently high level

 

how much xp/hour im looking for at least 15k and im FTP btw

Might make some starter pures, get 70 str there on like 5+ accs & then sell em all

 

The warped monsters in the lumbridge dungeon are great training for 1 def pures, they don't hit hard and have a bunch of HP.

get idung and bot your attack / str there, i got 80+ attack and 99 strength with it.

 

He wants good exp, not incredibly shit exp.

 

artemonk pro by rsbuddy, works like a charm 30k exp hour at good str

 

Get bones to peaches and go to Experiments. They drop bones every time you kill them so you never have to leave if you have enough Bones to Peaches.

The quest for the lumbridge dungeon gets you two defence.

Monks/flesh crawlers/minotaurs
