Going from PvP to PvM

Hey guys, I'm getting tired of pking on my gmaul pure and want to start PvMing. I made another pure to PvP on. So I need some suggestions on what stats I need to PvM and where to go from where I am.

Current stats..
55 combat
50 attack
69 strength
1 defence
75 range
1 pray
73 mage
65 hp
35 slayer

 

70+ Def 80+ Att 90+ str, 90+ range, Slay to get the stats so you can unlock most of the monsters

Piety is a must, work towards B Gloves

 

Does my combat lvl matter at all like it does in PvP?

 

Nope any level player can attack any level monster
