The Quest cape can't be equped due to new quests have came out. But it's still there to brag about.
I'd consider selling this account for 90M osrs gp. Don't really play runescape anymore for over a year now, figured might as well sell the account. It's got an activated bond on, so roughly 10 days p2p from this point on.
