[B] accounts with 95-97 strength and 95+ hp

I'm looking to buy any accounts with the following:
- Under 97 strength
- MUST BE 99 RANGE and/or 99 HP
- Will also buy accounts with 99 range and low other stats
- Will also buy lower level accounts with 87 strength
- Will only be buying from trusted users!
- Will be paying with 07GP, PAYPAL, OR BITCION!
- Will Buy any account really if the price is right!

it's very close to 95 str, so it wouldn't take long to get 96. As for 99 hp, You can either afk nmz yourself, or hire a trainer.
