How they scammed: Got banned from their server for being accused of multilogging which then changed to telling people to change their name purposely to gain more keys. Refusing to payout on top of re-inviting me then banning me yet again. Just going to post all the logs right now.

this is my explanation for the ban:
"basically i got invited by my friend babbamac while we were playing fortnite and i joined and got a key and he rolled and got dwh and it was hype. i then invited another guy who was in our squad and he joined and we both got keys. thats when i rolled the 3a full helm and doubled up and won so thts where the 42m came from. then after fortnite maybe like 20-30 mins later i go on teamspeak and invited some friends. i posted the invite and basically said come join u have a chance to win money go to the recruit channel and say i invited u. so if i got highlighted i basically just said yea i invited them. what happened (the ban reason) was 1 of the ppl basically tried to cheat the system and just changed his name to get himself more keys. i wasnt aware of this as i posted it in ts with multiple ppl so just assumed it was different friends, but it was just 1 guy and he changed his name twice and got caught but I think since i was the one who said i invited them i got banned aswell. i had my friend ask why i got banned and he said someone said i was multi logging which isnt true. this is the only name I ever use. im well repped on sythe and exelonts dicing discord i wouldnt pull this type of stuff. thats why i tried to talk to mentarly and ex about it. i voice chatted ment last night and he told me tht he told u to ad me and here we are" --- a c/p from what I said to Shaun as ull see in the logs

Shaun invited riffle and I into a convo which they used voice after Shaun reinvited me back into the discord. Riffle was the mod who banned me and was basically flaming me the entire time without listening to my explanation. Now I am not going to lie I even told Shaun like I understand why it looks bad and for some people it could be true, but in my case its not and he wouldnt even bother with that possibility. He is a mod on that server and just instantly bans with no explanation or trying to see both sides. When I toll Shaun my explanation though he reinvited me back. Like wtf. I have made a couple of mistakes on sythe which I was always cooperative with and paid heavy prices. I have hundreds of vouches, well trusted with dicers, and participate in all community events. I am not the type of person to try and scam some keys. I even do giveaways myself on here. Even the usernames that were being used sound troll. Like that makes no sense if I was actually trying to cheat their system to have the names be so obvious. That person clearly was trolling and I had nothing to do with it.

Now the other issue is the 42m I won (double 3a helms). This was prior to the events above. I asked my friend Brad who is still in the discord to help me get screenshots. I invited him and won the 3rd age from that key I got, which was before the guy who trolled riffle and myself. Brad is west coast btw so his times are 3h behind.

This pic is from when the troll first said I invited him. Notice in the names it is his only one which means this was the original name. This was about 15 minutes after I won the 3a helm from Brads key as shown at the very top.

I know I am not a scammer, especially for something so petty. I understand if they will not unban me as it is basically their mods word vs. mine but my sythe rep I feel speaks for itself. I have made a lot of friends and have helped out as much I can. It just annoyed me how riffle refused to listen when everyone else at least tried to listen and understand from my point. They do not know me so they automatically jump to conclusions and assume things. I do not like that. On top of that they want to use that excuse as a reason not to pay out a legit and fair win.

 

I wish you would have put this in writing for me. It would of been alot easier to look into. I get alot of messages asking for help. Shawn said your story didn't make sense. But I can see you've gone to extreme lengths to prove your innocence, so I am more than happy to pay you to resolve this issue.
