NYA's Range Staking Log

Hi,

Basically I want to keep a log of my stakes on my range staker. I'm using a calculator to find odds that favor me (at least +5% EV). I also have an account that is stronger than any account at its combat, and with tricky stats. I have 62 range, where my opponents will have 75+. My HP is nearly 90.

I've worked on this account a long time, went 99 strength OBBY but got so bored of it.. so I'm ruining a $175+ account to make a lot more via staking.

My plan is to have a google sheet (which I'll share after my first 500 stakes).

I can AFK keep RS running (spamming) in the duel arena while I'm at work & in my off-time, I play Poker full-time so I'll be still able to AFK.

Start: 200m OSRS + 25m investment
Goal: $3b OSRS Sold


This'll be a long-term thread. Who knows how fast I'll get stakes, but I'll have that sheet up shortly so you can track!

Nah jk best of luck with this bud! However, I wouldn't donate $200 of your first 400m profit; when you're starting out small, increasing your bankroll is absolutely essential to help ease the impact of variance. Maybe wait until you've reached your goal (if you do) before you start looking to spend/donate your earnings.

 

Appreciate the comment! The thing is, I limit a lot of my own variance through discussing odds with opponents. None of them yet have noticed I'm favored but still getting odds (was 51% vs opponent and won 65m stake @ 1.1).

I play MTT's full-time, so I'm very familiar with variance so it'll be interesting to see how this goes.

Well.. amazing first day.

Up over 200m profit. Started with 200m cash and ended up with 381m + all these items!

I was really into range boxing at one point and made a good amount, definitely profit to be made especially with odds at that level.

 

How much do you find stakes since duel arena feels like 90% bots lol

 

Lots of bots but I just afk while @ work and when at home doing other things so it's whatever haha.

Bank is now at 531m.
