Got banned for no reason!

i was walking to rellaka to train my range then i got banned for"macroing" this happened before, and i never botted on the account I tried appealing it and nothing happened.
what should i do?

Jagex doesn't even read the appeals lol.

 

Yeah has to do with the vpns i believe.

 

I suggest emailing them, they won't bother reading the appeals as they have banned over 90,000 users - 1,800 users per day, they just dot have the time. Best bet is to send an email to [email protected] to try and sort it out - although they probably won't reply.

I assume you got a temp ban?

 

Yesterday they did a large scale sweep and banned a lot of people. Good luck with the appeal.

 

It's not an odd occurrence it happens on a regular basis... They do it every day ha.

 

I'm sure the sun never sets without someone being banned, but I know three people personally who received a ban yesterday for RWT or gambling.

 

They won't reply to e-mails, so your best bet is to get a hold of a J Mod.

 

yes It's a temp ban and to those saying it was a VPN, it's not, I'm not using one, but I did/do goldfarm on my IP but I never bot on my main.

 

Jagex does macro bans based on IP now. If you get caught up on the wrong IP you are screwed, regardless if you actually botted or not.

If you had goldfarmed on that IP it doesn't make a difference whether it is your main or not, your appeal will not ever be read because the IP is blacklisted.

No. Really the only chance you have of getting the account back is if you bought it and have the original owner appeal from his IP that his account was stolen.
