Selling 138 main, 2464 total-120 dunge

I'm new to sythe and honestly don't really know how to go about this, but I'm bored of my main and I'm looking to sell my main for rsgp for my pure.

I have all the major quests done (ROTM, WGS, Nomad's, etc.)
All elite tasks done, taskmaster.
116m dunge xp (hood, prim gaunts, blood neck, p2h binds)

It has an email linked to it, if someone could tell me how to unlink it that'd be cool, as well as canceling my recoveries, not sure how to do that either haha.
