Member Fotub is a scammer

The member "Fotub" is a scammer, he messaged me about selling an RS account, I offered $100 through paypal, we instead agreed on $100 worth of rs3 gold, once he received the gold, I never heard from him again. He even has a fake "vouch" thread posted. Any help would be appreciated.
