MatthewDai98 attempted to claim an unauthorized transaction on PayPal and was denied.

MatthewDai98 purchased 15m from me on 9/8/16 as you can see in my vouch thread http://www.sythe.org/threads/2007goldmans-vouch-thread.1965720/page-2. Just today (9/10/16), I received notification that MatthewDai98 has attempted to dispute the transaction. The case has been reviewed by PayPal and they decided that his claim did not meet the criteria for unauthorized usage as you can see in the imgur link below. I'm not sure if this behavior constitutes a ban, but I don't believe this was an accident. When you view Matthew's vouches, you can see he only deals with small amounts and sketchy account trades, so you can tell $17.50 means a lot to the kid.
