I pm'ed Matthew just shy of a month ago but he is yet to get back to me regarding an issue with one of my miniranks.

Should I just wait, continue pming or something else?

Pm him again. He told me he gets lots of pm's and he might not have noticed yours.
But most admins can handle minirank issues. Are you sure that only Matthew can help you with your issue?
