He ran behind schedule by several days and didn't message for payment.

I have no issue giving him the BTC valued @ $9,000(which is actually low compared to what it was on march 9th).

Any staff is free to contact me, I'm not going to pay for him running behind/failing to message for payment once they reached half way.

He didn't uphold his part of the contract, it was his failure to claim it/finish the accounts to half way.

Any staff is welcome to hold the BTC, I told him I'd let staff if they wanted.

The fact is, a contract is a contract, if bitcoin went to $15,000 I would of still valued it at 26 days, I would of happily did so because my BTC would be far worth far more and I'd be up so much I'd of had no problem lol.

I try to abide by the contract terms and offer generous payment terms and get reported.

Looked at the contract too since you're so obsessed about it, and nowhere does it state when the accounts have to be finished by, only that the remaining $650 will be paid two days after they're finished. I guess 2034 it is!

You never stated that the accounts must be half-way completed for him to receive the $650. The contract says "You will be paid $650.00 USD on day 26 (Starting Feb 12th) provided reasonable progress is completed on each account". The other $650.00 USD would be paid after completion. The accounts were progressed far enough to consider it "reasonable progress".

You should be contacting him, but I'll refrain from getting into that. Anyways @Away did contact you about the progress of the order on March 10th, and you refused to pay the $650 then because it wasn't "half-way", which wasn't the agreement to begin with, therefore if anything you failed to uphold your end of the contract.

TL;DR - You owe @Away $650 worth of cryptocurrency (BTC was the one you both mutually agreed to it seems) in today's price. Post here when the payment has been issued, and from there you can cancel / continue with the order (that can be discussed between you two). I've DNT'd you in the meantime.

Furthermore I didn't refuse anything, if you'd properly read the DM's he MERELY ASKED ME when I was paying, he didn't force it nor did he demand it, had he he would of had every right to be paid and I had the funds available that day if he did so ur judgement is incorrect.

You're right. "Refuse" was the incorrect word here, so I apologize for that, but you're still in the wrong because @Away contacted you about the progress of the accounts within 26 (or 27) days after the order was made (as the contract stated), which was in regards to receiving the $650 to which you replied stating that you'll pay him when all of the accounts are progressed half-way, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the contract, so you broke your own terms of the contract.

Why should he "force" you to make the payment? He contacted you within the days you mentioned in the contract, and the progress was more than reasonable enough (as your contract stated) for him to receive the payment, so you should've held up your end by making the payment during that time. Regardless you owe $650 of BTC to @Away. You delayed the payment to @Away, therefore whether the BTC (the cryptocurrency that you both seem to have mutually agreed to) went up or down is irrelevant to the case.

I doubt you're even allowed to request this, and I'm not sure why you're acting like this. Anyways, I'll let a higher up conclude this report.

Maybe if you would actually read reports in their entirety you'd understand them better or actually contact me to discuss it?

He GAURUNTEED they would be 92/92/92 by day 26 - I told him I would pay when their 92/92/92 when he contacted me that day because he GAURUNTEED IT.

The contract states that he expressly agrees to my TOS, The terms in the contract and the terms on discord.

HE said he would have them 92/92/92 by day 26 - I even asked him what half way was on the mains- THEY WERE NOT 92/92/92 LIKE HE GAURUNTEED WHEN he asked me regarding payment.

I purposely kept these discord logs back knowing what I knew assuming staff would reach the proper conclusion, CLEARLY I was mistaken! I was willing to show all this via DM if a staff actually gave a shit and would contact me but as usual, NOTHING.

I picked day 26 on HIS RECCOMEDATION, HIS GAURUNTEE. Not MINE.

He was unable to complete the 92/92/92 guarantee by day 26 - That is NOT my problem.

It clearly states in discord he was willing to guarantee 92-92-92 by day 26.

He didn't, so fark off with ur ignorance of contracts.

So lets just get this straight:

Away contacts me to discuss training accounts on my behalf-> I inquire as to who he is and I verify he's semi-well trusted enough to do accounts on my behalf-> I ask him for account prices on various accounts and see that he offers good pricing for particular pures & max mains I want-> I link him my threads TOS and ask if that's acceptable, he says yes but he'll need incremental payment -> I say that's fine and ask him about the 2 particular accounts I need and the timeframes he thinks are half way and what he will guarantee-> He tells me a time for the accounts total and I ask what their half way point is in which he responds they'll definitely be 92-92-92 by day 26, I ask him if hes willing to guarantee that for the mains and he says yes, I ask him if he'll guarantee the pures to half way to and he says yes-> day 26 rolls around and he inquires about when I'll pay -> I state when their 92/92/92 because he guaranteed me on day 26 they'd be 92/92/92 but they are not so I state I'll send him his half of the payment when they are since he BROKE HIS GAURUNTEE.-> Now he expects me to pay him at lower BTC prices than the date he GAURUNTEED ME the 92/92/92 stats would be done by? -> Staff are AGREEING that I owe him payment at todays BTC prices when he broke his guarantee? Really? Really???

Let me just remind you he expressly agreed to be bound by the guarantee he stated in discord which makes it binding. He failed to uphold the terms binding him which is why I put payment off to when they were 92/92/92.

Staff clearly think I'm an idiot, do you not think I know precisely what sort of deals I'm agreeing to? I specified every detail, every drop of information to the letter and I have all legitimate, valid, legal terms by sythes standards. I used safe trading practices and did everything by the book.

And look at me, I sit DNT'd.

I'd also like to remind administration @Charlotte that I fully offered to send the $650(or whatever sum staff wish me to) to be held by staff in ESCROW to avoid a DNT.

King blatantly DNT'd me anyway without even consulting me which is an insult onto itself.

I am still willing to put the money into escrow Charlotte to have my DNT lifted.

The fact I was DNT'd when I offered to put the sum into escrow in my first reply is just another slap to the face.

Any staff is welcome to hold the funds in ESCROW so my DNT may be removed as I clearly stated in my first post.

Yo fancy guy - you won’t get DNT removed until the report is solved so your “escrow” payment won’t avoid you having a DNT. Discussions in SL can take up to a week so have a nice day!

 

My past 3 cases where admins have held it as escrow and lifted my DNT would disagree O.O.

Sythe himself even held the escrow once and the DNT got lifted lol.

Unless there's been a policy change I see no reason this wouldn't happen again, especially considering this case is purely to get a ruling out of staff and not over any money anyway.

I'm fine issuing @Away $650 BTC @ a $8,100 valuation(What I believe it was from when he contacted me originally yesterday/day b4) or whatever he finds suitable to have the DNT removed.

I need a ruling on contracts for a very specific reason, it has zero to do with away or anything about this case, so regardless of the fact I'll pay him out I'd still like to hear what the result/ruling would of been.

So if you could please contact me @Away I'll shoot you your $650 BTC so I can get this DNT lifted but I still need a ruling.

@video may inquire with me via DM if he wishes regarding why I need a staff contract ruling so badly and why it relates so specifically to accounts in particular, he likely already knows why or can guess why.

As I said from the start, this has nothing to do with money but is EXTREMELY important for something I've been working on that this particular niche has a ruling on contracts and I need to know where staff will fall, for the long-term health of this project it was worthwhile to sit as DNT to get a ruling.

The only way to get a new ruling is to get a report made, to most people it seems like this was a giant waste of time but its extremely important that my partners and I have this ruling for the future.
