LasementRS possible scammer

so basically i wanted to buy some accounts and he said he has 9 for sale and he told me the passwords for them which made me suspicious because http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1889142-quested-rs-vouches.html uses same passwords so this guy told me he "cant" get on his PC blah blah what not which made me more suspicious so i traded him the gold for the account and he received the money and then tells me he didnt get the money after i log out and all and then he tells me log in back quick quick etc trying to rush me n now hes msging me constantly yet he told me 10 mins ago he has to go very suspicious n he tellin me he bought accounts off him which the story may make up for it but it doesnt satisfy me due to the way hes acting etc scammers are getting around the ban system here to easy i urge mods to look more deep into scam reports and he deleted some msgs on skype that would show more of his scamming behavior.
