Mathieudecoole is a Scammer!

I know this isn't a proper scam report, but the templates just don't fit for this.

He clearly stats his thread involve fraud and hacking.
"2 whitehat and 1 blackhat method." And he is trying to tricked people to "Buy" his guide instantly when guide involved fraud and hacking is clearly not allowed.

Also his attempted to trick me into re-selling my guide to him. By claiming he has 100% sell rate on another site and know their Mods.
