Trying to make an account on sythe..

I just tried to make an account for a friend who's not able to create one himself. I didn't get the full story, but I'm pretty sure it's because his military network is firewalling it.

If a site admin will PM me, or whoever can help me resolve this that can edit users on sythe.org... that would be awesome. I don't want to post the error in public as it's got some info I'd like to keep private.

I doubt it's the firewall, there are quite a few members of Sythe that are in the military and they can get on fine
