Have some free help, and forgive me if I'm wrong.

I don't know what annuities are, but isn't compound interest:

(Say you were doing 20% every year, with a starting value of £2000) - (1.2x2000)^x number of years.

I'm only in year 10 (10th grade) so forgive me if you're talking about something else! ^_^
