Circle Problems

So I make a circle account lastnight and threw some funds on, I then tried to move the bitcoins to an account I made on blockchain/coinbase neither worked. The first time it was pending for awhile then failed now any send attempt is a auto fail as soon as you hit send. Not sure whats up I got the impression using bitcoin was pretty painless just not turning out that way.

 

You probably need to confirm your Identity with circle. I have seen this happen in rare cases where all they need is your ID uploaded and your email verified. Try giving them a call i believe they have good support hours, although i don't think they're open on weekends.

 

This usually happens if you upload a lot and try to send it out, but I've seen it happen with low amounts too, just call them and ask why. This is usually a 1 time issue which, when resolved, will let you send BTC freely.

 

You guys were right just have to wait up and get verified thank yeah, I must have missed something when signing up thought I'd be able to use the funds right away.

 

Never used circle is it just for USA residents?

 

I think its more broad though I still have not been able to get my account verified via circle or coinbase. Pretty much lost my patience with them and wouldn't recommend either so ill be looking into more professional alternatives if there is any for this kind of currency anyways.

 

On the topic of circle, I love the site. I've had no issues other than when I completed the ID verification process. I submitted everything and my weekly limit was supposed to be increased. Been 2 weeks or so and still haven't heard back. It's not a huge deal, just curious as to what the hold up is.
