Ip ban and ban for wat ? No infraction says I'm banned

Why am I banned? My last infraction says it expired, yet I'm banned/ip blocked. I was banned because I was telling some troll in the personal problems forum that she was responsible for getting her boyfriend punched out, she asked if it was her fault and I didn't sugar coat if like all the rest and told her she was to blame.
So she says I'm a shit person etc after I tell her something she didn't like? Maybe don't post on the internet asking for opinions on personal matters if ur not gonna like the answer.
Then a mod bans me from there and emails me saying in gonna get banned from the forum so I told him not to message me again if he's gonna ban me fuckin do it I don't want your shit In my inbox. Did he say anything to the troll getting pissy at me? No. Did it get banned? No
Then I overreacted to what I thought was a shitty ban and posted off my account knowing the message would have to be approved before it was gonna be posted? Did I do something wrong, yes not denying that I shoulda walked away from the thread and told the troll to fuck itself. But I didn't. And I shoulda just took the mods warning but fuck the thing was a troll Ffs she says one thing but then in the post above she asks if it's wrong she's dating a 13 yr old when she's like 20 of something yet she goes to school with her bf, Does it warrent a perm ban/ip ban? I don't think so. I didn't scam, she asked for advice I gave it, then she attacked me so I just repaid the gesture, and it wasn't like I made 50 accounts to spam the forums so the messages would be seen right away I logged out spammed a few things and left knowing that it wouldn't be seen by anyone but the person who didn't approve the message

Thanks for posting here. You're actually not banned - that *banned* tag will automatically disappear once you make a few posts. As for the IP issue, I suggest you PM an administrator, as they're the only ones that can handle IP-related requests (though I don't see any reason why you would be IP banned).
