Dont know where to post but this user scammed me for 70m he offered two names for 70m than once paid he said pay another 40m which i refused without getting one of the names and he insisted i paid more which i refused and he offered to refund but logged off on me, I said move 1 name (2 bonds / 20m) ill pay 40m after and do the second he refused he traded me to give back 70m but ended up declining and running with 70m, bit petty but it happens !

please guide me to report this user for scamming !!!
