How do i post pics?

I looked around and i cant figure out how to post my screen shots will someone please help and i dont have a website to use the url from plz hurry(btw they are saved in paint format whatever that is) screendhots of how to do it will help

2. Find your pic you want hosted.
3. Host
4. Copy a link, and post to where you want.
