Briefly explain the trade:he was emant to train my dung up to 80, i was paying him in 3 increments of 10m. I took most of the stuff ou of the bank first, and left the first 10m on it, but he took everything else.
How they scammed: they took all my items and didnt train my dung

he never told me it was patched and he couldnt do it, and he never offered me a refund or anything, and he kept my 10m

 

is he going to get banned, or is he going to refund me

 

Do you have proof that you paid him? I also requested him to provide proof of his cancelling the order.

Edit: You will need to prove that he was paid, otherwise we can't conclude anything.

 

i just left the 10m on the accoutn for him to take, he took it, Idk how i can prove it
