Briefly explain the trade: Sold him my diablo 3 account. Because i dont have vouches i went first but he paid quickly.
How they scammed: After a day i checked my paypal only to see the payment in dispute.

Right now the payment is still in dispute. He has not responded to my PMs and emails yet and im not sure if this is a mistake or not. However this is quite commonly seen and i think he might potentially be a scammer.

 

Could you please proof that he claimed his payment?

 

Im sorry but what do u mean? He sent me 30 dollars through paypal and then disputed it.

 

If you go into your PayPal account, you can find the payment from him and click "details." It will show that he disputed the payment.

You may also have received an e-mail from PayPal notifying you of the dispute, which you could use as proof as well.

If it doesn't say "Unauthorized", you can't dispute the payment.

Can you take an uncropped picture of the details? (I think you click "View" under the Action tab).

The reason for this is that it will show your e-mail, and the PayPal address of the person you sent the payment to, as well as the info about the dispute. We can then match that info to whatever you agreed in the chat.

Do you also have a picture of the chat or a PM where you guys agree that he will send you $30?

 

3 days with no response and after unsuccessfully trying to contact the OP via PM. I am going to close this report & archive it for now, and send him another PM letting him know that this can be reopened if he wishes to further pursue the case.
