I really didn't Understand the song but May He R.i.p.
The video is pretty wicked too. That Would Really be horrid i feel bad for the fans and family of him.
Edit i rewatched it that is a Really good Dedication to one's death' But I would have to read up all about how and why he was shot before i can truely Understand

 

the meaning of the video is that the singer and lead guitarist (Zakk Wylde) and Dimebag was jumping into the river and Dimebag dies, and won't come back. He dedicated the song to Dimebag because they were very good friends.

 

Oh i see I Understand it Now that video / song itself Represents The Horror a death can bring i couldnt imagine what id do if one my Homies In R/l Got Shot and killed.. How horrible it'd be.
