    Reporting a ban evader.
    I was looking around the Steam Market here on Sythe, when I saw this guy "flowcs" selling some accounts.

    I always preform an IP Audit on someone I plan on dealing with to see if they have any alternate accounts, and sure enough this guy does. (http://i.imgur.com/LQILAqH.png)
