Marred RS Account Scammer

Marred a user who joined Aug 2011 and decides to spam posts to increase post count so he can scam more productively.

His vouch on my vouch thread also saying i bought it :

AFTER i told Marred i made a post about him he decided to look at it then edit some things in his threads. LoL

Any Extra information you may need i will do my best to get it for you, for i really want him off these forum's.
