limited paypal helm

so my paypal got limited and i have these intructions to follow.

i already did 2 of those, what are the (alternatives available) to confirm my bank account? and why does it ask for a visa/mastercard/debit/discover to confirm my location? i got none of those cards.

 

It's not asking for you to confirm your bank for location reasons, I'm assuming you've had a fair amount of money in your Paypal and they want to have insurance you're not a money launder. The only way to find out alternatives is to contact Paypal, although from everything I've seen you will 100% have to prove your address one way or another, I had the same problem from being underage on my old Paypal.
