Scam? Help

So this guy.. I'm not saying name yet because he said he will pay me and I hope he does. I gave him 50$ worth of rs membership out of my Christmas money and he gave me 8b and he said he would pay me as soon as his account is in banned but he continues trying to sell and my other friend said he tried selling to him a few minutes ago. Should I already report for scam or wait for the chance of him to pay me my gp? I just don't want to lose money

In the event he does pay you he will not be banned but if he does not pay you and you have sufficient proof he will be banned.
