Alertpay payment must be sent as a gift, with a thank you note. The note must include your msn, your sythe, powerbot, rs buddy, or username of the site that I met you on, or all of the above.
We must use an official Middleman that I pick and pay(unless you agree to pay for him/her [might get you a discount]) for.
