Which violation you are reporting the user for: Huge and sustained market manipulation for a long time

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: ''Attempting To Bypass the 1 Thread per Market Section Limit: You may only have one thread per market section advertising your goods, services, or platform (Discord server/website, etc) unless otherwise specified. Attempts to circumvent this limit will result in a 1 month ban and possibly a DNT in severe cases.''

Both of these users are advertising the exact same stock for the sale of the GIM items they have in stock, with the only thing changing is the logo/appearance of the sheets.
They are selling the same items at the same prices, and using the same method of advertising the threads, this consequently is a clear sign of market manipulation. They dominate the GIM trading market and set the prices and make it an unfair environment for other GIM traders - this can be argued as severe due to the amount of time this has been allowed to happen.

Both of these users are high donors on Sythe and are familiar with the rules on Sythe so they will have known that this is against the website rules for a long time. This abuse of the market would have in turn made GIM item buyers and sellers lose out on real money.

I'm aware of the rules regarding market manipulation; rusty is my UGIM merchant. He himself does not bump on sythe. Before rusty started doing UGIM sales for my discord, I made sure I was not betraying sythe rules regarding this topic which got confirmed here;
