I know I posted about this a few days ago but I have a different question now. I'm switching my plans of ATT to TMobile. I have the iPhone 4 and I fucked it up a little bit so I want to use my warranty to get a new one. The warranty only covers stuff that's their fault not like cracked screens or whatever. What should I said is wrong my Phone? I was thinking of saying somethines wrong that happens sometimes but would that fly? Some of the problems I do have atm is when I try to delete a picture is doesn't delete and sits there saying Saving.... Thanks.
Do you still have the information from when you first got the phone/insurance? If you do it should probably have a list of things that you are covered for. I remember a while back my sister lost her phone, and all she had to do is tell them she lost it. (That was with at&t) Try to be truthful with them, and they might just replace whatever is wrong with your phone now instead of getting a new phone. Good luck!
I'll be going to the Apple store as I don't have service with Att anymore. I can't find a list of things I could say to them so I can get a new phone. IF anyone can find a source please let me know.
Try this out: http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/service/faq/#warranty4 It should be able to tell you all the information you need.
Complain about your proximity sensor and how firmware 4.1 does nothing to help it. They'll replace it.
