Anything else you can provide that might help: i contacted him over msn and told him about the problem he said he was at school and couldnt help me recover the account, the account has been recovered it logged in today the same time he logged on sythe. He hasnt replied to any of my pms over the last few days, my bank pin changed in next couple of days so want this sorting out now so i can atleast recover my account.

He has a 1.3k post count and claims he would not want to loose his prestige reputation so why would he have recovered it back yet he doesnt reply to pms and doesnt recover the account back for me. The recovery information that he gave me is false and does not allow me to recover the account.

He is just stalling till bank pin gets removed he just pmed me saying that he sent a recovery in yesterday and it still has not come through yet, when i sent in two and it came through 15minutes later.

This should be more than enough evidence just by the way he is acting and the fact a OMM was used for this trade.

If it isnt then theres one more scammer still on your site and im sure it will just carry on seen as he has $3000 traded in his sig. lol i deserved it though what kind of idiot buys a rs account on sythe.

 

I've pm'd Burnley to confirm what has been said above. If he doesn't reply within 24hours, I'll ban the accused pending a refund of the account / money.

 

Ok he has pmed about a refund and refund of the bank i also chinned it 80-97 range in the 3week period but im not fussed about that. this is the pic of cranke pming me about the refund. thank you for the reply.

Can we not issue the account cranke with a TWC untill the refund has been given? he is offering refund but of course it is not sealed till its been given he might be buying time because hes completeing another trade?

 

i did mm a trade between cranke and Rudekiid we all was on skype when i mm'ed the trade and my role dureing this trade was to hold the gp and log on the account once to check there was no emails/recoveries and to confirm it was the actual account being advertised.

 

A Ban will be issued within 24hours if a refund hasn't been completed.
I'll PM both users now.

 

Hes from canada im from the uk. is there no way he can give the money to burnley? its 300M total agree refund but it seems to be getting stalled by him.

If you can be on the same time as him is there no way to MM the refund. dont want him saying hes given it back when he hasnt.

 

he is ignoring pms and hes online. how much longer does he have left, he will be stalling while doing more trades, issue him with TWC untill refund has been given or he has been banned.

 

I've temped him due to another scammer report popping up about him.
