Me and my friend own a plethora of LoL accounts. At least 1 around each ELO range. My highest account is at 1750 elo. So I can duo with accounts up to 1800 elo thus training anything lower than that as well, I have an acct at 1000 1300 and 1430.

1 - 500 ELO = $1 / 100 ELO
500 - 1000 ELO = $5 / 100 ELO
1000 - 1200 ELO = $10 / 100 ELO
1200 - 1500 ELO = $15 / 100 ELO
1500 - 1600 ELO = $25 / 100 ELO
1600 and up = $50 / 100 ELO
