    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : In this case an IP audit is definitely enough to see this guy is evading ban after ban. However, he also sent me a private message offering me a high-value account for a relatively low price. He probably goes around PM'ing users to not show up on the radar.
