Why you think they are ban evading: He is at it again to scam more rsgp. He tried doing it to me again, but I called his bluff and now he blocked me.

 

Going to need to see more evidence as there is no IP matches.

 

hmmm it was off my msn on the hotmail website..but i know it was him because he blocked me. theres no way to look at the convo...but i guess thats just a lost cause soon because i got him to link me to his new profile...i wouldnt just make this up....but alright he may scam and im calling it meow

 

I'm sorry Striker, I appreciate the effort and believe me, we want nothing more than to remove ban evaders/scammers from the site.

But without evidence we can't just go on somebodies word or hunch. We need to see concrete evidence to prove that person is indeed ban evading and deserves a permanent ban. Sorry
