Manipulate, account scamming ban evader

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
He goes around bidding on runescape accounts, is ALWAYS buying accounts despite for sure if he was authentically buying one he would have had one already.

None of my choices for middlemen were good enough (Despite suggesting dunworry, ZedRS, Chris etc.

Also is fishy as hell, tries to make u go first.

 

Accounts are linked via proxies. He's banned for scamming though.
