Reporting Rsgw

Got scammed by these guys. Dont have much proof because i didnt take screenies.

As you can see they literally just deleted the content of the thread.

However, i appreciate they are a newcomer to this website and i was negligent however i went to there website. A wesbite i thought was legit and talked to the guy on chat there. He agreed to sell me 50m for 60$ via paypal.
He sent me a paypal.me link. Id never seen this before, but quick google i saw it was legit. Just an easier way to pay for something.

After sending him the money, the person removed the chat option from his website and i cannot contact them whatsoever.


I instantly tried to reclaim this through paypal to find i cannot do this because it was not sent for a goods or service. At this point it finally clicked why he sent me the paypal.me link.

I dont have any screenies of the chat unfortunately because he removed the chatbox before i realised it was too late.

Really appreciate some advice if someone could contact me. This is the second time ive been scammed from sythe. First one for $120 and this one for $60.

Starting to lose alot of irl money for nothing. Please help.

Update: Instantly rang paypal, told me they cant do anything because essentially i sent the payment via the option of send to a family or friend. Thats why he sent me the paypal.me link. Advised me to ring my bank to see if they can do anything. Useless.

Rang bank. They told me they cant do anything until the transaction appears on my bank statement. To which they will contact paypal and try and dispute it. However told me they cant promise anything.

Tbh i have no hope. Scammed 2nd time. Never again.

 

Seems he has already been banned for ban evading. Best of luck with the dispute
