Dispute for unfair infraction

So today I got a pm/infraction pm from Superfluous

Basically the guy is offering out 2 copies as 'vouch copies' I offered to take one and review or 'vouch' for it essentially.

I know there is a rule saying you're not allowed to ask for free copies here: http://www.sythe.org/real-life-misc...life-guide-sales-rules-guidelines-advice.html
But when the OP is offering some guides if you comment and ask on the basis you review it for him, then I see no issues.

TL;DR I would like my infraction removed, even though I know its temporary I would still like a clean account.
Also as said by Super, an update/removal of that rule would be good.
