    Hijacking a thread should be an Infractable Offence?

    The rule could be somewhere along the lines of:

    An example of an extreme case of the matter:
    In the forum "Homework Help"
    OP posts asking for math help, someone else posts asking for English help etc.

    It's annoying when someone veers the topic to something completely different.
