1. Hi I'm Jal one of the Owners of Berserk Services, The report that is against us was about our text and not our color format is what we learned from Dario's explanation in the sythe post. We have worked as a manager/worker over at the Pvm service under (Dario) for a long time so we understand what needs to be shown to best appeal to the client and grab their attention. This is to prevent the client from having many questions when they're shopping around. Rs has certain categories that are very popular for the player base regardless of how hard you try to write it a different way you will come back with the same result. This is because there are factors like Teams (terms of size), in-game items (gear), and Stats (skills). Then you also need to appeal to the people that will be buying in bulk. Questions would arise such as will they get a discount or not or what would be the incentive if they did? Will I keep the loot? Who's logging in you or me? Now the main issue at hand is the text-based on what Dario said, there is no other way to explain something without great detail of the content without confusing the client you can take a look at any Rs discord and see that the style of writing is the same way regardless where you go. The problem with the report is he showed us examples of content that other discords already have the exact same way as his own server. In terms of wording, a good example of this is his Minigame section example is identical to other servers and that's an example he's using against us. The reason for that is we're all playing the same game for the same client base. The conditions for pricing will be the same depending on factors that the client may or may not have. So we're alerting them of the price differences ahead of time. The terms of service is the same way we're appealing to the same rules that will occur to the client's account in every way possible. Just because they showed a few examples that were very similar to theirs doesn't mean that we plagiarized their discord. We could have done the same report against any Runescape discord and had gotten the same reaction as them because the terms of selling the services in Runescape are the same. Now if we're talking about terms of format like an example he showed about our footer being the same. You have to realize we have it the same way in our other discord, colors, footer, ticket options all these are in the other server that we own. You can read more about that from the other post but we have never been reported for having a similarity over there for a footer. There are some other ridiculous claims that were made in the post as well about our Art design being a copy of theirs, it was made by the same Artist so obviously there will be a similarity you may also read more about that in the other post. In the case more evidence needed to be seen of what I'm talking about, I'm more than happy to share discords links but I cannot take screenshots of these examples without having permissions from other servers.
