    I believe this is a serial ban evader from the IP audit as majority of users on this audit are banned. More specifically referring to the top (.202 IP) as there are similarities in birthdays + bans follow up. I don't feel like bothering mods with home IP checks, so just look into it whenever you have time, thanks. :p
