    I can confirm that he tried to pay me with the same Paypal in the above picture earlier that day. Luckily I noticed his IP was really sketchy and refunded the payment before he had a chance to rip me off. Many have complained on his threads. Please ban him ASAP.

    Get me a screenshot with his Paypal e-mail showing, proof that it was disputed from that e-mail, and proof that he owns the e-mail please.
