Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned for scamming, which I take responsibility for, and I ban evaded several times. I was young and stupid.


Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I literally have 0 idea who I owe, or anything, it was years ago, i'd say 3+ easy. I would literally be willing to pay every one back, every cent. If I can't contact them, I would definitely donate to sythe.org the amount owed to help scammed users in the future.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I have ban evaded on several accounts, not sure of the names, I didn't ever scam, but I was caught ban evading a few times, and got banned and just dealt with it.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I grew up simply, I was a young kid thinking to get ahead scamming would be the best thing for that. I started going to church, grew up got a job, got married, bought a house, 2 new cars. I realized being legit is the best thing to do. I despise scammers now, any of my staff members at www.osbot.org can tell you that. I am a community manager/Administrator there. I have been since November 9th 2013.

I'd like to see scam reports against you, all skype / MSN Ids you used and possibly all your profiles to determine who should you refund

 

I also have trouble finding victims of his scam. However I dont think he's threat to community anymore and I'll support

You claim the Skype isn't yours but there's a clear picture of you PM'ing the user saying your Skype IS the one in the pictures:

I explained to him on skype already, here is the exact situation


www.osbot was created by laz/maxi/zach, they appointed Kati the first community manager.

Kati was a "girl", along came a hacker clutch, he threatened to release the dox on Kati if the database was not handed over to her. She went ahead and released the database to him. During this time I wasn't even active on OSBot, I was a global moderator, and I was demoted by kati. She hated me and never wanted me, but the developers/owners wanted me as a mod so they promoted me, because I was a mod on powerbot/rsbot when ins3/qarters/speljohan/jacmob were all admins. They were good friends with Zach one of the developers.


A few months went by after my demotion, I come back to see I am banned. I go to skype immediately and it seems the database was leaked + raflesia is now the administrator/community manager, which would be promoted after kati got banned/demoted for releasing the database. I asked raflesia to temporarily unban me so I could investigate, he showed me the scam report, etc. I confirmed with him that wasn't my skype and he knew it. He then did some research and told me "That ip that sent the pm/posted the thread buying gold, was not from your ip, but from one that was directly linked to Kati" The previous administrator that was banned for going corrupt. I would also like to mention Kati never involved herself with scam reports, yet the minute someone posted the scam report on me, she immediately banned me and was demoted within a day or two. She didn't even allow one response or try to contact me for a response.

I was unbanned shortly after and back in the community. I contacted Kati and asked her why the hell she banned me without any proof or any contact to me as I was on skype all the time, just playing private servers. Her response was "you were in my cross hairs, nothing against you, you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time" something along those lines, not a direct quote.

I have told the developers/owners/admins that I was a scammer and every one was fully aware of this before I was even promoted to global moderator.

I eventually become the 3rd community administrator, and I've been the longest running one also. I have been doing it since November 9th, 2013. I love doing it and I make decent money for doing something I love.

In response to asking me if I made contact with the user I scammed.


I have attempted to email him a few days ago when I was presented with the link to the scam report. I would gladly send the money to his paypal as it shows his paypal email in the screen shots, if thats what you guys want me to do. I just don't want to send it to a dead account, but it's only a few dollars, so it wouldn't be a big deal to lose that to a dead account.

 

I'm happy with that. I feel like you're being genuine and have made an honest attempt at fixing the problems brought up above.
