    In this thread Cosrob makes up a rule suggesting that if you're banned you are no longer entitled to what you paid for, which is ridiculous, honestly, for a few reasons;
    • A moderator could sell X or Y item, such as resale rights for a guide, knowing fully well the person they sold it to is a ban evader/rule breaker and bans them afterwards.
    • Just because they are banned doesn't mean you're allowed to sell the guide despite them buying the resale rights, surely this could also expand onto areas such as being able to recover accounts from people who are banned. Which is ridiculous
    • If this is allowed then why were scam reports from unregistered users allowed? it was to prevent this exact thing.

Unless this was a clause in the deal that they may only sell it on sythe and they if they are banned they lose their rights of sales, then proof is required, otherwise cosrob does not have any right to continue sales.

Another thing, if he bought the rights of selling it off of you (this meaning you can no longer sell it) then he is by all means allowed to resell the rights of selling it on here, thats how its always been, you're making up rules again - unless you specified this when trading, which again requires proof.

And one last thing, replying to your own scam report is obviously fine, but closing it and archiving it is ridiculous beyond comprehension. It's stupidly unprofessional and you should have allowed another moderator to handle it.

Just my opinion/feedback on the matter, locking this is futile, especially how corey responded before to the other thread, despite you 'discussing it' it doesn't mean members cannot have feedback to display on the matter.

Cosrob's ego is getting out of control.

    This:

    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1492671

is the direct result of me responding to this:

    http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=11665883&postcount=79

    with this:

    http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=11665975&postcount=82

So even though I went through and picked out each thread, and handed him a nice list on a silver platter, he still felt it was necessary to get a pat on the back. (Note that thread is directed towards moh, but he knew full well he was trying to get thanked too because of the work he did with him on it).

I'd like to note I didn't archive it. A separate moderator did this while I was a sleep.

And my ego is out of control for giving positive feedback on a member for doing a good job?

I didn't sell resale rights the same way people normally would. I sold them to people individually and their only allowed to sell it on 1 site and nothing more.

However I'm not going to argue here, but I do have proof that you outlined in the op.

You knew that you were going to be included in that.

You both did a great job for doing that, but you not only complained about having nothing you could do, but you only actually did something after I made the freaking list and handed it to you. Yet you still felt it was necessary to make a thread so everyone would think you went out of your way to do something awesome.

So like I said, I commend you for doing it, but you took it way to far for the sake of boosting your ego.

    B-but I did about 5-6 pages before you made a list >_>

So you'd rather somebody else made the feedback thread than myself?

Yes, exactly, because then it wouldn't have been a "hey look at me, I'm awesome" thread.

Just for public info, I've made an administrative decision on this ordeal.

    Cosrob has 2 choices.

    1) Ban
    2) Refund

This is the summed up version, but at the very least, this doesn't keep the userbase in question.

I've spent a fair amount of time looking over the threads in question, and I agree that the way Cosrob handled the report, and the situation as a whole, was questionable at best. By selling the resale rights of the guide, he forfeited all ownership/rights to the guide to Stui, regardless of ban or not. His attempt to sell the guide afterwards was at best, a lapse of judgement.

Where this goes from here, is entirely on Cosrob.
