Charms: Kill monsters or do SW?

Is it faster to kill monsters for charms or do soul wars? Also, what monsters drop nice charms?

 

Rock crabs drop 10 charms a time so I'm going to have to say killing monsters. It might be another monster but it's a close bet it's around what I said.

 

Killing monsters, obviously.

Go grab a zamorak spear / sara sword and smack some waterfiends, that drop Crimson charms 90% of the time. If you can't afford those, get the best weapon you can find that has a crush option.

If those are tough, just range iron/steel dragons, they drop 3 charms a pop and have visage chance.

 

giant rock crabs only drop 3 charms now jagex did a secret update on them.

 

I would say Giant Rock Crabs if you wanted to kill monsters, or do Soul Wars if you have decent stats.

 

monsters all the way soulwars sucks for charms takes forever to get enough zeal for them anyways

You should kill Giant Rock Crabs using salamanders of your choice.

 

definitly waterfiends. they have a very high charm rate and you can also get combat xp while getting charms

 

yea monsters are way faster if you have a lower combat do moss giants if high do water fiends

It depends on what charms you want because then the monster you have to kill changes.

 

Summoning experience maxes out at 12k/hour in Soul Wars, assuming you win EVERY SINGLE GAME.
