Whats the best way too....

Whats the best way to train strength WITHOUT getting your hitpoints up that much. Like something such as Pest Control where you can get credits that get you XP in one area.

Also, how about thieving? Any good mini-games for that or is it good just to stick to pickpocketing and stalls lol.

Soul Wars is basically "the new pest control" so you might want to look into that.

Also, after 51 theiving or so, pyramid plunder is great thieving xp.. You should only do pickpocketing and stalls til around 51 (when you get access to the 5th pyramid plunder floor).

 

yeh, pretty much what kahl said, soul wars is really fast xp, and you can pick what to use the xp on. You can do pyramid plunder or sorceress garden? maybe

 

Use soul wars, and for thieving I'd use Master Farmer. It's around 50k xp/hr, but you also make 60m from 38-99.

 

Soul Wars is exactly what you're looking for, amazing strength experience without getting hitpoints up. If you're not into that, just pest control.

You could do Soul Wars for strength if you've already got a decent level. If you're still a low strength level, maybe do barb fishing or pumps at the blast furnace?

As other people have already stated, you can use soul wars to accomplish what you want. With the help of soul wars, you can make pretty interesting pures.

As for thieving, do master farmers. You can get a bot for it, and the 99 cape looks pretty cool.
