Need a good LOGO Designer

Ok, basically i am looking for a logo design for our new jerseys...the color of our jerseys are BLUE. The logo our team rep is wanting is a "flying raccoon" . Since our team name is Flying Raccoons, these designs will be seen all across Ontario (big citys such as Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Brampton, Barrie, Thunder Bay and Kingston) looking for something along the lines of a raccoon with some
sort of cape (remember the jerseys are blue. can add it holding a hockey stick or something since this will be for a Ball Hockey team.

Can obviously add your signature into the design anyway youd like.
