    Kindle you spelt runescape wrong lol anyway yeah basicly what kindle said it's illegal to sell pins to other people that you get from pin lines.

    I've heard it was because people can call their phone company and have the membership reversed, but others seem to think pin lines.

    Kindle was right. The sale of a stolen good is prohibited on Sythe, so you are not allowed to pay for the exchange of a stolen PIN number.
