Making a very simple sales website

What would it take, and how much effort would be needed to make an extremely simple sales website such as this one?

I'm considering taking a lot of my business off of Skype and hoping to make some making some LoL sales easier.

Any help would be appreciated, if it is not too much I could offer compensation.
