Need help! - Gold4rs are scammers.

OFFERING 30$USD TO THE PERSON WHO SOMEHOW HELPS ME TO GET SOMETHING BACK!!!

Ok, so this is the story:

A month ago I bought a 330$ account from gold4rs. The account was fine and I was happy until... The account was hacked while I was on holiday. I tried to dispute it with them with their livechat and all they said they could do was try to recover it. They locked the account and failed. They then said that they would contact the owner and if he didn't respond in 2 days they would give me a voucher which could spend 330$ on their site.

2 days later I asked what was going on. They said for me to please wait another day for the owner to respond (It was getting pretty obvious that the owner wasn't ever going to respond). 2 days after that I asked what was going on and they said the account was locked and they couldn't do anything. They acted as if nothing ever happened and we were back to step 1. They said they didn't recall anyone talking about a voucher... They said the owner wasn't responding and they couldn't recover the account and they wouldn't give me any compensation for the account I bought.

I then went to my last step. I tried to dispute with paypal and after a few days they said they couldn't issue a claim if it was a virtual item. By then 46 days had past and I just then realised what gold4rs had been doing the whole time. I tried to dispute on paypal again but it wouldn't let me. It said that after 45 days you couldn't dispute anymore. Then I tried to talk to gold4rs and they never answer. I've tried 10 times at different times of the day so far and none of them answer. It's as if they were stalling the whole time until I couldn't dispute with paypal so they could then ignore me and forget about me... So now I'm stuck with 330$usd gone and nothing from it. They refused to give me any recovery details aswell.

    Please, someone help me!!!

    EDIT:

Oh look, they finally responded. Seems whenever I try to talk to someone they say 'hello' and redirect me to 'kevin' every single time and kevin either leaves the chat instantly or talks a bit and doesn't respond. Latest chat with kevin, it appears I'm on their 'blacklist'... Thank you gold4rs for being such scammers to me. What's the reason? Oh they can't say because if they say that they put me on the blacklist because I cannot dispute in paypal anymore (am not a threat to them) then I can sue them. So they just leave the chat when I ask...

    My latest chat:

carrie: Hello, how may I help you today?

    Hardey: Hey

Hardey: Do not transfer me to kevin

    carrie: k

Chat Information: Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'kevin'.

Chat Information: You are now chatting with 'kevin'

kevin: Hello, how may I help you today?

Hardey: Why aren't you letting me talk to you Kevin?

    kevin: ?

Hardey: Why'd you leave the chat before?

    kevin: what ?

Hardey: When I mention my order code you leave the chat.

    kevin: what ?

    Hardey: Watch

Hardey: When I ask you to check my order code you'll leave the chat.

    kevin: k

    Hardey: Or will you?

Hardey: Ok, can you please check my order code?

    kevin: no

    Hardey: Why not?

    kevin: you're on the blacklist

Hardey: May I ask what for?

kevin: you're on the blacklist , we won't accept any of your requests , bye

    Hardey: Uh..

Hardey: I'm simply asking why I'm 'on the blacklist'

Chat Information: You are not in chat anymore.

Chat Information: You are not in chat anymore.

Chat Information: You are not in chat anymore.

    (In other words he left).

I think my point is pretty clear that I need help to deal with these people!!!

Wait, so please specify. (I have never bought from them), you actually bought an account for $330, that you did not know the recovery information for?

^ Apparently it's their rule to never give out the recovery information when buying an account. Figures >.>

That should have given you a big red flashing sign that said SCAM SCAM SCAM. An expensive, yet valuable, lesson to learn now. Sorry to say, but if it is past 45 days, you gifted as a virtual item, and you know NO information about the account, then you got played hard. Best thing to do now is learn from the mistake, and make sure to only do deals that in which you verify that the account is truly yours.

Those bastards... Perhaps you should change your IP adress then sell them an account (if you have one), Then recover it. Then when they ask why you recovered it, say "You're on my black list" XD lol. Sorry to hear that though :(

ohh, you really gave us a lesson.
    1) account in gold4rs are all from players, they dont even know account recovery information, thats why they never give out. If player recovery the account, you lose your money and gold4rs wont redeem anything. (buy account in safe site, created with their own staff )

    2) buying virtual items online with a large portion cash is risky indeed, spend less next time. =D

Buying accounts are so risky, they can all (possibly) be recovered.

I suggest you don't buy very expensive accounts again, as they are risky.

Call (203) 901-1860, and email [email protected] don't bother with the stupid lackys, ask to talk with there supervisor. And if they say there is no supervisor, TELL THEM you want to talk with the supervisor.

Actually, you can't trust any account/gold selling website ever since the trade limit..
